Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous cash handling experience required
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Must comply with all food safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of coffee brewing and serving equipment preferred
One previous barista or serving experience preferred
Passion for food and beverage, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
Previous experience with cash handling and point of sale (POS) systems required
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and ability to lift, push, pull, carry moderate weight

Job Duties

Offer outstanding service to our guests
Responsible for proper cash handling per policies and procedures
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take and fulfill guest beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare hot and cold beverages including crafted coffees and teas
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service counter and surrounding areas
Work closely with team members and leadership to ensure guest satisfaction
