Washington Food Handler Card
MAST certification
1-2 years of customer service experience

Job Duties

Develops enthusiastically satisfied customers all of the time
welcomes and connects with every customer to provide excellent customer service
discovers customer needs and appropriately suggests products to enhance services and meet sales goals
assists customers in the selection and purchase of specialty coffee beverages and whole bean sales
responds to customers' needs and says thank you to every customer
maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner
demonstrates just say yes behavior when taking care of customer needs
maintains quality store operations
prepares a variety of customer beverage orders such as espresso drinks to Ladro standards
takes food orders and performs food running duties
follows store policies and procedures for operational flow at each station
performs cleaning tasks according to Duty Checklists and cleaning standards
presents oneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication with customers and partners
follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing all products
performs equipment maintenance in accordance with preventive maintenance checklist
follows cash handling and register policies
follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines
follows opening and closing checklist procedures as per Ladro Standards
takes responsibility to learn all aspects of the Barista position
