Job Requirements
- Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, members, management, and co-workers
- previous customer service experience is strongly preferred
- scheduling flexibility, including willingness to work weekends and holidays
- general knowledge of cash handling and Point of Sale systems is preferred
- must have and maintain current Texas Food Handlers certification

Job Duties
- Responsible for either the opening or closing of the outlet as assigned
- ensure that outlets are open on time
- produce quality beverages for customers such as lattes, cappuccinos, and other espresso-based drinks, blended drinks, and coffee
- responsible for maintaining assigned bank each shift
- support new Omni Safe and Clean protocols throughout the spa to support Omni's Covid-19 related sanitation protocols
- alert F&B manager of any inventory shortages or ordering needs
- follow up on daily projects to ensure follow through
- assist with physical inventory when needed
- responsible for maintaining a clean work area
- responsible for maintaining general knowledge of the hotel, including locations of dining outlets, pool, and spa to assist guests and members
- complete other duties as assigned by management
