Job Requirements
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
- Must have a valid state-issued driver's license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cashiering, barista, or food running preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for early morning shifts
- Ability to work part-time hours
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and at whatever time of day
- Observe guest reactions and confer frequently with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Resolve guest complaints to over-the-moon satisfaction
- Embrace and exemplify the SCP Culture & Core Values in your day-to-day job duties
- Provide guests with friendly, fast, and personalized service in accordance with Hotel standards
- Accurately prepare amazing beverages and serve light meals for guests in a warm, welcoming, and fast-paced manner
- Ring sales orders into the cash register and maintain an accurate bank during cash transactions
- Answer phones in a friendly manner
- Ensure daily setup procedures are complete
- complete prep for next shift
- Other duties as assigned
