- A willingness to learn about and taste great food
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Prior coffee knowledge is a plus
- 18 years or older is preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Participate in barista-level training and development
- Adhere to DLM Team Values: Be honest, safe, helpful, and hard-working
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
