Job Duties
- Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment including greeting and acknowledging every guest maintaining outstanding standards and solid product knowledge
- Complete all register transactions accurately and maintain the highest cash handling standards
- Prepare espresso drinks teas and smoothies
- Answer guest inquiries regarding ingredients and products
- Stock the café and barista area
- Perform day-to-day maintenance and cleaning of the work area
- Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless guest experience
