Job Requirements

- Previous experience in a café or barista role preferred
- Ability to work 3-4 days per week with schedule flexibility
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest maintaining outstanding standards solid product knowledge and all other aspects of hospitality
- Complete all register transactions accurately and maintains the highest cash handling standards
- Prepare espresso drinks teas and smoothies
- Run cash registers and handle monetary transactions
- Answer guest inquiries about ingredients and products
- Stock café supplies and manage day-to-day maintenance
- Clean and maintain café and barista work areas
