- High school diploma or GED
- ability to pass pre-employment (post offer) background check
- experience as a barista preferred
- can communicate effectively in English
- open availability and flexible schedule for demanding hours
- legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- must be skilled in using various coffee preparation techniques
- must be skilled in operating and maintaining coffee equipment
- must showcase great sales and presentational skills
- be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by catering to guests' needs
- take orders while paying attention to details such as preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios
- providing menu recommendations and additional information
- preparing coffee using various preparation techniques and equipment
- handling cash and credit transactions
- maintaining inventory and managing storage and supplies
- maintaining a safe, healthy, and appealing work environment
