Job Duties
- Approaching all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
- Being attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees
- Being familiar with the organization of the restaurant(s), lounges, and room service and knowing the function of each job position
- Having a thorough knowledge of menus and current specials in applicable outlets
- Servicing guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner
- Receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment
