Job Requirements
- Can converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and correctly key in orders to the point of sale system
- can collect payments and correctly count back change
- able to prepare all drinks and premixes
- must always move with urgency on the customer's time
- stays productive and proactive throughout the shift
- makes personal connections with customers daily through genuine interactions and positive body language
- knows the menu and drink offerings inside and out and can assist customers in choosing the right drink
- brings their best self to work every day and dresses appropriately
- familiar with shift change duties and weekly chores and can stay on task
- always clocked in and ready to work at assigned position at shift start
- treats teammates and customers with respect and kindness
- maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following sanitation regulations
- able to stand on feet for at least 5 hours
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to stand for at least 5 hours during shifts
- enthusiasm for learning and sharing product knowledge
Job Duties
- Greet customers with warmth and positivity
- accurately take and process customer orders using the point of sale system
- prepare all drinks and premixed flavors according to company standards
- handle payments and provide correct change to customers
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace during shifts
- stock supplies and premixes as needed
- participate in shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores
