Job Requirements
- Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry
- 18+ years of age
- Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
- Availability that meets the needs of the cafes
- Part-time availability with 3 days including 2 peak days or full-time availability with 4-5 days including 2 peak days
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- Experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Passion for creating coffee and café beverages
- Customer-centric attitude with a friendly and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Delight customers with consistent, welcoming and engaging customer service
- Work within a world-class coffee program using the best equipment and products to prepare the tastiest drinks
- Complete all training to ensure proper food and beverage handling, maintaining freshness and quality
- Maintain systems to avoid wastage of product and adjust inventory levels according to business needs
- Adhere to local health department standards at all times
- Follow all product, service and brand training playbooks thoroughly
- Participate in operations and marketing initiatives to increase sales and develop a loyal customer base
