Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Food and beverage experience preferred but not required
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to work in a high-energy and demanding environment
- Knowledge of math for cost calculation, making change, and cash handling
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and with team members
- Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods and exercise good judgment
- ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred

- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills

- Self-starter able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and perform physical job functions such as standing, bending, and walking long distances
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in environments with varying temperatures
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take drink and food orders within 30 seconds
- Prepare and present beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards
- Operate coffee making equipment including dismantling and cleaning machinery as needed
- Accurately process payments using point-of-sale system and handle cash in compliance with company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment ensuring safety and sanitation standards
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and resolve any issues with managerial assistance if necessary
- Assist with training new team members and support other restaurant areas as requested
