Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work Sunday to Thursday 2pm to 10pm
- Ability to follow company grooming and uniform policies
- Must have passion for guest service
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Willingness to work in high energy fast paced environment
- Effective English communication skills
- Ability to interact positively with customers and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Food and beverage experience preferred but not required
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to work in a high energy demanding environment
- Knowledge of math for cost making change and cash handling
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with team
- ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Provide courteous friendly and efficient service with a smile
- Embrace company core values including trust respect integrity first-class innovation commitment
- Greet and acknowledge guests promptly taking drink and food orders
- Operate coffee making equipment dismantle and clean machinery as needed
- Prepare and present beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Accurately process payments including cash credit and debit using point-of-sale system
- Maintain knowledge of menu and products to inform and assist guests
- Resolve guest issues promptly and escalate to manager when necessary
- Assist with new team member training and reinforce successful performance
- Support other restaurant areas such as seating answering phones stocking cleanup and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment free of safety hazards
- Comply with all local state and federal laws including food safety regulations
