Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Qualifications

Previous Barista experience strongly preferred
Ability to participate in a team environment
Ability to follow written and oral direction
Ability to work under pressure and independently

Job Duties

Greet all guests with a friendly smile
Honor guests by providing quick, friendly, and personalized service
Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with guests by learning their names and favorite food and drink items
Educate guests regarding menu offerings
Initiate suggestive selling and sampling of products
