Job Requirements

  • Minimum age to serve alcohol
  • 1+ year of relevant barista or bartending experience preferred
  • alcohol server certification required or willingness to obtain
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • ability to perform repetitive tasks such as grinding, pouring, and cleaning

Job Qualifications

  • Must meet legal age requirement to serve alcohol
  • 1+ year experience in a barista or bartending role preferred
  • alcohol server certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) required or willingness to obtain
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks
  • operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
  • provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • mix and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly
  • verify age and identification of customers purchasing alcohol
  • maintain knowledge of drink recipes and alcohol safety standards
  • ensure compliance with local alcohol laws and licensing requirements
  • monitor customer behavior and refuse service when necessary
  • handle POS transactions accurately
  • maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • follow health and safety regulations at all times
