Job Requirements
- Minimum age to serve alcohol
- 1+ year of relevant barista or bartending experience preferred
- alcohol server certification required or willingness to obtain
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- ability to perform repetitive tasks such as grinding, pouring, and cleaning
Job Qualifications
- Must meet legal age requirement to serve alcohol
- 1+ year experience in a barista or bartending role preferred
- alcohol server certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) required or willingness to obtain
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks
- operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
- monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- mix and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly
- verify age and identification of customers purchasing alcohol
- maintain knowledge of drink recipes and alcohol safety standards
- ensure compliance with local alcohol laws and licensing requirements
- monitor customer behavior and refuse service when necessary
- handle POS transactions accurately
- maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- follow health and safety regulations at all times
