Job Requirements
- Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting

- weekend and holiday availability preferred
- prior barista or food service experience is a plus, but not required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- basic math and problem-solving skills
- must pass background and health screenings
- must be able to speak, read, and write English
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve espresso drinks and related food items
- operate the POS system and maintain food safety standards
- ensure a clean, safe, and inviting café environment
- restock supplies and support smooth daily operations
- deliver excellent customer service and engage with residents
- receive peer-to-peer training with support from dining leadership
