Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to learn and problem-solve quickly
- Ability to memorize a large amount of beverage recipes in an appropriate timely manner
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible availability including working weekends and holidays

- Some Starbucks, coffee house or F&B experience preferred
- Ability to learn and problem-solve quickly
- Ability to memorize a large amount of beverage recipes in an appropriate timely manner

- Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Starbucks and Omni Hotels & Resorts
- Contribute to positive team environment by recognizing individual and team accomplishments using Omni Service Champion cards
- Deliver legendary customer service to all guests by acting with a guest comes first attitude and connecting with the customer
- Anticipate and respond to guests' needs
- Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including Omni policies and procedures for cash handling safety and security
- Count bank deposit at end of all assigned register shifts and balance house bank
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow Omni Hotels & Resorts attendance and punctuality standards and uniform and appearance standards
- Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Attend all monthly store meetings and training sessions
- Recognize and embrace Starbucks commitment to environmental responsibility through recycling, ethical growing, conservation, and green planet practices
