Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
Flexible schedule availability
Willingness to adhere to safety and health protocols
Basic math and payment handling skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar food and beverage role preferred
Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Customer service experience
Ability to work well in a team environment
Passionate about learning new trends in coffee and tea service

Job Duties

Craft and deliver beverages according to menu standards
Prepare food items in accordance with menu guidelines
Restock market items to meet visual and operational standards
Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests
Take and place all food orders accurately with the kitchen
Adhere to all safety and health company requirements
Complete opening, ongoing, and closing side work
Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests
