Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous barista, food service, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- clear, respectful communication skills
- ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- comfort using point-of-sale systems
- open availability for shifts from 1:00 pm to 6:30 pm
- willingness to adhere to health and safety policies including annual flu vaccine, TB test, drug screen, and background check
- commitment to representing Frasier's values consistently

- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- comfort learning point-of-sale systems and handling basic transactions

Job Duties
- Greet residents, guests, and coworkers warmly and professionally
- provide timely, accurate beverage and food service
- build familiarity with regular guests and their preferences
- prepare espresso drinks and café food items using standardized recipes
- maintain quality, presentation, and portion standards
- support catering or special café service needs as assigned
- keep café equipment, workstations, and service areas clean and organized
- follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
- complete opening, midshift, and closing tasks using checklists
- replenish café supplies and condiments as needed
- assist fellow dining team members to keep operations running smoothly
- participate in peer-to-peer training with support from dining leadership
