Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous barista, food service, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
  • strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • clear, respectful communication skills
  • ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • comfort using point-of-sale systems
  • open availability for shifts from 1:00 pm to 6:30 pm
  • willingness to adhere to health and safety policies including annual flu vaccine, TB test, drug screen, and background check
  • commitment to representing Frasier's values consistently

Job Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

  • ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • comfort learning point-of-sale systems and handling basic transactions
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous barista, food service, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, guests, and coworkers warmly and professionally
  • provide timely, accurate beverage and food service
  • build familiarity with regular guests and their preferences
  • prepare espresso drinks and café food items using standardized recipes
  • maintain quality, presentation, and portion standards
  • support catering or special café service needs as assigned
  • keep café equipment, workstations, and service areas clean and organized
  • follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
  • complete opening, midshift, and closing tasks using checklists
  • replenish café supplies and condiments as needed
  • assist fellow dining team members to keep operations running smoothly
  • participate in peer-to-peer training with support from dining leadership
