Job Requirements

- Ability to memorize beverage recipes in a timely manner
- Ability to learn and problem-solve quickly
- Some experience in Starbucks, coffee house or F&B preferred
- Completion of background check as required by Omni Hotels & Resorts

Job Duties
- Acting with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Starbucks and Omni Hotels & Resorts
- Contributing to positive team environment by recognizing individual and team accomplishments using Omni Service Champion (OSC) cards
- Delivering legendary customer service to all guests by acting with a guest comes first attitude and connecting with the customer
- Anticipating and responding to guests' needs
- Following Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including Omni policies and procedures for cash handling safety and security
- Counting bank deposit at end of all assigned register shifts and balancing house bank
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed
- Following all Omni Hotels & Resorts attendance and punctuality standards, as well as Omni / Starbucks uniform and appearance standards
- Providing quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Following health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Attending all monthly store meetings and training sessions
- Recognizing and embracing Starbucks' commitment to environmental responsibility through recycling, ethical growing, conservation, and green planet practices
