Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flexible availability, including working weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills such as customer-service
- Ability to learn and problem-solve quickly
- Ability to memorize a large amount of beverage recipes in an appropriate timely manner
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Some Starbucks, coffee house, or F&B experience preferred

Job Duties
- Acting with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Starbucks, and Omni Hotels & Resorts
- Contributing to positive team environment by recognizing individual and team accomplishments using Omni Service Champion (OSC) cards
- Delivering legendary customer service to all guests by acting with a "guest comes first" attitude and connecting with the customer
- Anticipating and responding to guests' needs
- Following Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including Omni policies and procedures for cash handling safety and security
- Counting bank deposit at end of all assigned register shifts, and balancing house bank
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed
- Following all Omni Hotels & Resorts attendance and punctuality standards, as well as Omni/ Starbucks uniform and appearance standards
- Providing quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Following health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Attending all monthly store meetings and training sessions
- Recognizing and embracing Starbucks’ commitment to environmental responsibility through recycling, ethical growing, conservation, and green planet practices
