Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar hospitality role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide a genuine welcome experience to facility participants as they enter Common Ground
- Offer beverage recommendations based on participant preferences
- Fulfill participant orders efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue
- Assist in other food and beverage areas as needed
- Enhance the overall participant experience through attentive service
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations
