Job Requirements
- Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry
- Availability that meets the needs of cafes including part-time and full-time schedules
- Must be available 3 to 5 days a week with two peak days including Friday, Saturday or Sunday
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Ability to maintain store safety
- Authorization to work in the UK

Job Duties
- Delight our customers with consistent, welcoming and engaging customer service, taking the opportunity to turn every customer into a regular
- Work within a world-class coffee program using the best coffee equipment including the Eversys cameos and shot masters to prepare tasty drinks
- Complete all training to ensure proper handling of food and beverage to retain freshness and quality
- Have systems in place to avoid wastage of product with both food and beverage, adjusting par levels as needed in line with business fluctuations
- Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and Food Safety Standards at all times
- Maintain full knowledge and adherence to all product, service and brand training playbooks
- Participate in initiatives with Operations and marketing teams to increase foot traffic, sales and operational profitability while developing a loyal neighbourhood customer base
