Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- possession of a valid state food handler's license
- ability to work weekends including Friday through Sunday
- strong communication skills
- basic math competency
- ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- greet, thank and deliver excellent guest service
- describe menu options and be knowledgeable about beverage products to make appropriate recommendations to guests
- handle money including making change and processing credit card transactions
- maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment
- follow all opening and closing procedures
- adhere to state food handler's license regulations
