Job Requirements
- Can converse directly with customers to confirm and personalize drink orders
- able to key orders correctly into point-of-sale system
- able to collect payments and provide receipts
- able to correctly count back change
- able to prepare all drinks and premixes ensuring quality and consistency

Job Qualifications
- Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with customers for up to five minutes
- able to work carefully and quickly with espresso, hot water, coffee, dairy products, and flavored syrups
- able to work outdoors in service lanes regardless of weather
- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- able to stand comfortably for extended periods
- able to climb ladders and use stepladders
- able to perform various physical movements including standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
- safe use of utility knife
- knowledge of full menu and drink offerings
Job Duties
- Make delicious drinks
