Job Requirements
- Can converse directly with customers to confirm and personalize drink orders and correctly key those orders
- can collect payments from customers provide receipts and correctly count back change
- can prepare all drinks and premixes to order ensuring quality and consistency
- must move with urgency and responsiveness to provide prompt service

Job Qualifications
- Can create and maintain genuine uplifting interactions with customers for up to five minutes
- can work carefully and quickly with espresso hot water coffee dairy products and flavored syrups
- can work outside in service lanes for prolonged periods regardless of weather
- can lift up to 50 lbs
- can stand comfortably for hours at a time
- can climb a ladder and use a stepladder
- can stand sit bend kneel twist and squat as necessary to stock product and prepare service areas
- can safely walk between and around cars in drive-thru service lanes while delivering drinks
- can safely use a utility knife
