Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, teammates, and suppliers
- Make and serve a variety of delicious beverages using different brewing and preparation methods
- Prepare and serve delicious food items
- Maintain knowledge of current beverage and food offerings through tastings, cuppings, and training
- Taste Blue Bottle beverages regularly to ensure quality and uphold standards
- Create community within cafes by sharing coffee knowledge and joy with guests and teammates
- Support cafe operations through cleaning, organizing, dishwashing, and maintenance tasks
- Uphold health, food safety, and workplace safety guidelines
- Promote a safe and respectful working environment
- Complete Blue Bottle Academy training and 90-day validation post-hire
