Job Requirements
- Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in food and beverage
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Prior experience in luxury or upscale service settings
- Demonstrated attention to detail and customer service skills
- Willingness to comply with all health and safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar food and beverage role
- Experience working in luxury or upscale environments preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Flexible approach to work hours supporting a 24-hour operation
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe workspace
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment ensuring functionality and safety
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational demands
- Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
