Job Requirements
- Maintain schedule availability of at least two days per week meeting business needs
- Legally eligible to work in the country
- At least 16 years of age or older
- Comply with Peet's Employment of Minors policies
- Able to perform physical tasks required by the role
- Willing to work flexible shifts including nights and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role beneficial
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Physically able to perform various tasks during the shift
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by following Peet's service steps
- Prepare handcrafted beverages and products to Peet's high standards
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace by collaborating and seeking feedback
- Drive sales through suggestive selling, product education, and sampling
- Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffeebar
- Operate with urgency and composure in a fast-paced environment
