Job Requirements

Maintain schedule availability of a minimum of two days a week or more that meets business needs
legally eligible to work in the country where the job is located
at least 16 years of age or older
able to comply with employment of minors policies and work with and among minors
able to perform various physical tasks during the work shift

Job Qualifications

able to comply with employment policies regarding work with minors
reliable with consistent attendance
good interpersonal and communication skills
willingness to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by consistently following service steps with quality engagement and friendly service
prepare handcrafted beverages and products to high standards in taste, appearance, and consistency
contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace by collaborating with coworkers, seeking feedback, and taking initiative to support operations
drive sales through suggestive selling, product education, and sampling
demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of tasks
maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee bar while demonstrating urgency and composure in a fast-paced setting
