Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in a fine dining, third-wave coffee shop, or luxury hospitality setting
  • Mastery of espresso equipment, brewing methods, milk steaming, and beverage presentation
  • Proven ability to replicate a highly detailed, pre-set beverage menu with consistency and efficiency
  • Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
  • Strong knowledge of coffee, tea, alternative milks, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Availability mornings, weekends, holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for entire shifts
  • Ability to remain stationary for the entire shift
  • Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Execute the pre-designed coffee and tea program with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Maintain a deep working knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, teas, milks, and preparation techniques
  • Possess expert-level knowledge of espresso-based drinks and fulfill custom guest requests with finesse
  • Provide gracious, professional service to guests during lunch and dinner
  • Prepare all barista station mise en place and maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout service
  • Support inventory control, restocking, prep schedules, and sanitation protocols
  • Communicate effectively with service and culinary teams to ensure seamless pacing and guest satisfaction
  • Uphold and model core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence
  • Be a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse, and innovation
