Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or as a barista preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- basic proficiency in using POS systems
- ability to stand for extended periods
- positive attitude and willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Welcome all guests in our restaurant with a warm and inviting demeanor
- work closely with other baristas and MSCC staff to make all menu items as instructed
- provide efficient and personal service to each and every customer
- create unique relationships with guests by learning their names and favorite orders
- stay informed on products and share knowledge with coworkers and guests
- maintain the highest degree of quality and consistency in product standards
- collect and process cash/charges using our POS system
- communicate with team members and management to solve problems
- participate in maintaining a positive work environment
- use all supplies and equipment in safe, efficient and responsible manner
- punch in and report to the manager/supervisor on duty on time for every shift
- obtain manager's or supervisor's approval prior to punching out
- perform all other related duties as assigned
