Delaware North Sportservice is a leading hospitality and food service company renowned for delivering exceptional experiences across various venues worldwide. Currently, they are expanding their team by hiring seasonal Baristas for their Miami Freedom Park location in Miami, Florida. Miami Freedom Park is a state-of-the-art soccer stadium and entertainment venue scheduled to open in 2026 as the future home of Inter Miami CF. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to perform repetitive motions
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • availability to work days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and events
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage recipes
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, acquaint guests with items, and use suggestive selling techniques
  • serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, following all health, safety, and proper sanitation guidelines
  • assist in the opening or closing of the location
  • perform clean-up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment
  • properly record all transactions via the point of sale system and inform guests of the amount owed
  • collect the proper money for food and beverage items
  • process credit cards or determine correct change for guests
  • account for all transactions
  • maintain accurate cash count and balance banks at the end of the shift
  • perform other duties as assigned
