Currently, they are expanding their team by hiring seasonal Baristas for their Miami Freedom Park location in Miami, Florida. Miami Freedom Park is a state-of-the-art soccer stadium and entertainment venue scheduled to open in 2026 as the future home of Inter Miami CF. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to perform repetitive motions
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and events
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage recipes
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong attention to detail
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Greet guests, acquaint guests with items, and use suggestive selling techniques
- serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, following all health, safety, and proper sanitation guidelines
- assist in the opening or closing of the location
- perform clean-up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment
- properly record all transactions via the point of sale system and inform guests of the amount owed
- collect the proper money for food and beverage items
- process credit cards or determine correct change for guests
- account for all transactions
- maintain accurate cash count and balance banks at the end of the shift
- perform other duties as assigned
