Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in retail or food and beverage setting preferred
- ServeSafe or food safety certification is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and follow directions
- Basic math and computer skills required for POS and transactions
- Able to lift 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and learn their names and favorite orders
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service with a customer-first attitude
- Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience
- Handle guest concerns or feedback with professionalism and care
- Prepare all beverages and food items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and specials
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment with skill and care
- Check orders for accuracy before serving
- Complete setup, side work, and closing duties as assigned
- Stock, organize, and requisition necessary supplies
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures
- Perform regular cleaning of floors, equipment, counters, and guest areas
- Support coworkers with a positive, collaborative attitude
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team and leadership
- Assist in training new baristas as needed
- Ensure the cafe environment is clean, safe, and inviting at all times
