- At least two years of progressively responsible cafe or barista experience
- At least one year of food and beverage service experience
- Experience directing the work of others
- Valid driver’s license
- Approval as a SCAD-authorized driver

Job Duties
- Train, schedule, and supervise work-study students
- Conduct interviews in collaboration with the general manager
- Prepare food and maintain supply levels
- Perform monthly inventory counts to order retail products
- Manage merchandising and food and beverage orders
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Review business indicators and provide coaching to meet operational goals
