- Knowledge of coffee trends, brewing methods, and latte art
Job Duties
- Lead and inspire baristas, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and customer care
- Develop unique coffee creations and seasonal menus that delight and surprise guests
- Train and mentor staff on brewing techniques, latte art, and customer service excellence
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Engage with the local community, building relationships and creating a welcoming café environment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and consistency
