Job Duties
- Lead and inspire baristas fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and customer care
- Develop unique coffee creations and seasonal menus that delight and surprise guests
- Train and mentor staff on brewing techniques latte art and customer service excellence
- Ensure smooth daily operations including scheduling inventory management and quality control
- Engage with the local community building relationships and creating a welcoming café environment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness safety and consistency
