Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- One or more years of experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Alcohol Beverage Control card and any applicable health certifications
- Ability to stand for long periods without sitting or leaning
- Ability to bend, stoop and reach while assisting guests
- Ability to carry trash bags weighing up to 25 lbs
- Use of stairs and elevators
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- One or more years of experience as a barista or in food and beverage service
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Live! Casino & Hotel
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and set a positive example for the team
- Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues
- Communicate information to the manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the Third Place environment during each shift
- Assist with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed
- Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager
- Deliver legendary customer service by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with customers
