Job Description
Loveland Living Planet Aquarium (LLPA) is a premier aquarium facility located in Draper, Utah, known for its world-class exhibits and extensive educational programming. Since opening its doors to the public in March 2014, the aquarium has attracted over eight million visitors and offers a unique experience for people of all ages and backgrounds. Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- holds a Utah Food Handler's card
- able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to work in varying weather conditions
- able to wear uniform and use personal protective equipment when required
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- previous experience as a barista or in a related position preferred
- holds a Utah Food Handler's card
- demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- demonstrates organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to work in varying weather conditions if needed
Job Duties
- Greets customers and takes orders
- processes cash and credit card transactions
- prepares and serves hot and cold beverages according to brand specifications and customers' requests
- serves prepared food items including ice cream
- maintains knowledge of menu items and recipes to effectively service customers
- sets up and breaks down workstations including cleaning and sanitizing all equipment
- maintains appearance of location ensuring product is stocked to appropriate levels and areas are clean and sanitized
- maintains excellent customer service anticipating guests needs
- adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers
- ensures security of company assets
- performs other duties as assigned by manager
