Loveland Living Planet Aquarium (LLPA) is a premier aquatic facility renowned for its commitment to education, conservation, and immersive experiences. Located in Draper, Utah, the Aquarium opened its state-of-the-art facility in March 2014 and has since welcomed over eight million visitors. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Utah Food Handlers card required
- Previous experience as a barista or in a related role preferred
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lbs
- Availability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors and use uniforms or PPE as required
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous experience as a barista or in a related position preferred
- Utah Food Handlers card required
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrates organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 25 lbs occasionally
Job Duties
- Greets customers and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions
- Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages according to brand specifications and customers requests
- Serves prepared food items including ice cream
- Maintains knowledge of menu items and recipes to effectively service the customer
- Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing all equipment
- Maintains appearance of location ensuring product is stocked to appropriate levels and all areas are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintains excellent customer service, anticipating guests needs
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation
- Maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Ensures security of company assets
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
