Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous relevant experience is preferred
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Physical capability to bend, reach, and move quickly in the store
  • Must attend mandatory training and meetings
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team and customers

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation or coffee making preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving

Job Duties

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
  • Cleaning windows, floors, bathrooms, emptying trash containers
  • Stock shelves and coolers
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Check product deliveries from vendors
  • Communicate with associates and guests
  • Attend mandatory meetings
  • Available for weekend, evening shifts and holidays
