Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous relevant experience is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Physical capability to bend, reach, and move quickly in the store
- Must attend mandatory training and meetings
- Ability to communicate effectively with team and customers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or coffee making preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving
Job Duties
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Cleaning windows, floors, bathrooms, emptying trash containers
- Stock shelves and coolers
- Sweep and mop floors
- Check product deliveries from vendors
- Communicate with associates and guests
- Attend mandatory meetings
- Available for weekend, evening shifts and holidays
