Job Requirements
- High school degree or in progress of obtaining
- Successful completion of a Food Handler Training Certificate Program (ANSI Accredited) within 30 days of start date
- Minimum 2 years coffee shop experience, Starbucks preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Open availability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Effective communication skills
- Ability to provide coaching and leadership
- Experience managing team workflow
- Knowledge of safety and cash handling procedures
Job Duties
- Provides direction to the team on assignments
- Participates in the completion of work tasks and assists the team with complex work tasks or problem areas
- Acts as the go to resource for the team
- Executes store operations during scheduled shifts including opening and closing duties
- Assists the Manager with daily and weekly inventory orders as needed
- Assists the Manager with developing weekly schedules as needed
- Follows operational policies and procedures including cash handling and safety
- Creates a positive learning environment by providing timely coaching and feedback
- Assists the Store Manager in teaching and training new Baristas
- Functions as a Barista
