Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass pre-employment post offer background check
- Experience as a Barista preferred
- Can communicate effectively in English
- Open availability and flexible schedule for demanding hours
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Skilled in using various coffee preparation techniques
- Skilled in operating and maintaining coffee equipment
- Must showcase great sales and presentational skills
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by catering to guests' needs
- Take orders while paying attention to details such as preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios
- Providing menu recommendations and additional information
- Preparing coffee using various preparation techniques and equipment
- Handling cash and credit transactions
- Maintaining inventory and managing storage and supplies
- Maintaining a safe, healthy, and appealing work environment
