Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or food service experience

- previous barista or café experience preferred
- food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other café beverages
- operate espresso machines, grinders, and other kitchen equipment
- greet customers, take orders accurately, and handle transactions via POS system
- ensure a clean and sanitary workspace at all times, including counters, equipment, and seating areas
- restock inventory, monitor supply levels, and communicate restocking needs
- follow all health and safety regulations and college food service policies
- provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service
- assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
