Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or food service experience

- Previous barista or cafe experience preferred
- Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other cafe beverages
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other kitchen equipment
- Greet customers, take orders accurately, and handle transactions via POS system
- Ensure a clean and sanitary workspace at all times, including counters, equipment, and seating areas
- Restock inventory, monitor supply levels, and communicate restocking needs
- Follow all health and safety regulations and college food service policies
- Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
