- 180 days of previous cash handling experience required

- Ability to read and recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers

Job Duties
- Greets customers as they approach the barista bar while keeping a clean, sanitary environment
- Provides great attention to the quality of the coffee as well as the presentation
- Able to maintain efficient customer flow, while possessing good customer service skills, identifying what specific ingredients are needed to produce the drink of choice for each customer
- Contributes to a positive team environment, demonstrates composure, and thrives in day-to-day operations and demanding situations to provide a unique coffee experience
- Preparing food items/grab and go's sold in the coffee shop as ordered by customers
- Quality and care of maintaining, cleaning, and servicing all coffee related equipment and tools while following sanitation procedures
- and notifying the supervisor or manager of any necessary equipment repairs
- Responsible for the efficient operation of the registers or other computerized order entry systems in the shop
- Responsible for the collection and safekeeping of all charge slips, coffee vouchers, and processing rewards
