Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or food and beverage preparation preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- basic math and money handling skills
- ability to operate computerized cash register
- capable of standing for extended periods
- dependable and punctual
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service while making quality, hand-crafted beverages
- determine guest needs and suggest products to enhance service and meet sales goals
- take guest orders, suggest entrees and sides, inform guest of next step of service
- prepare coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques such as espresso, café latte, and cappuccino
- keep equipment operating by following instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventative maintenance, calling for repairs
- assist guests in the selection and purchase of food and beverages
- assist food servers and runners in table maintenance and cleaning when necessary
- ensure dining and serving areas are set up and maintained according to standard
- package guests’ orders according to established recipes and outlet standards
- maintain fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases, shelves, and displays clean and well stocked
- operate electronic cash register system accurately and handle payment transactions
- manage day-to-day activities in work areas to maintain service, product quality, and cashiering responsibilities
- communicate stock and par levels of product to management
- perform other duties as assigned by leadership
