Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior coffee shop or customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Strong interest in specialty coffee and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages
  • Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and reliable attitude
  • Learn and adhere to Joe Coffee’s specialty coffee standards and recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
  • Support team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations
  • Engage in community-building events and company culture activities
