Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior coffee shop or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interest in specialty coffee and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and reliable attitude
- Learn and adhere to Joe Coffee’s specialty coffee standards and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
- Support team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations
- Engage in community-building events and company culture activities
