Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours/shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Can lift and carry items up to 25 lbs
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication skills

  • Previous barista or relevant experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso and specialty drinks, following recipes and customer preferences
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders and brewing equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers, taking orders and handling transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workplace, including counters, equipment and customer seating areas
  • Stock and replenish coffee supplies, syrups, pastries and other items as needed
  • Educate customers on different coffee options, brewing methods and menu items
  • Ensure proper sanitation and safety standards are followed at all times
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
