- Successful completion of high school or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or food preparation preferred
- ability to operate cash registers and handle various payment methods
- open availability preferred
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- punctuality and reliability in attendance
- ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

- previous related experience in customer service, food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned that differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
